Craig Edwards graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1980.  From 1980 to 1984 he was a supervising attorney for clinical education program of Lewis and Clark Law School, where he also taught Oregon Civil Pleading and Procedure.  From 1984 through 1992 he was corporate counsel for U.S. Bancorp and its subsidiary corporations, including U.S. National Bank of Oregon, U.S. Bancorp Mortgage Company, and U.S. Bancorp Leasing and Financial.  Mr. Edwards opened his private practice in Bend in February 1993, concentrating in real estate and construction litigation and arbitration,  commercial law, business transactions, and non-taxable estate planning.  In addition, he serves as an arbitrator for Deschutes County Circuit Court and the Arbitration Service of Portland.  Mr. Edwards has argued and won in the Supreme Court of the United States.
